The Hall has been in continuous community use since it was built by local residents in 1908. It is regularly used for a wide range of meetings, health and wellbeing classes, community and private functions, and celebration of life services. It is also the Evacuation Centre for the Village and surrounding district.
The Hall is renowned for its exceptional acoustic properties and is a favourite venue for musicians, hosting world class cultural and music events.
Featuring a large function space, the Hall is wheelchair accessible and includes several smaller spaces, a large separate and "Tweed Shire Council Approved Food Premise" kitchen, a spacious outdoor grassed area and a covered outdoor paved area.
